Links to other websites

This website may include links to third-party websites (“Linked Pages”) that are not controlled by Technocity City Council.

Links are provided for convenience only. A link does not mean Technocity City Council endorses, sponsors, approves, or recommends any Linked Page or any information, products, or services available through it.

We do not control the content of Linked Pages and are not responsible for the information or materials on them. You access Linked Pages at your own risk.

While we comply with legal obligations relating to confidentiality and privacy, we cannot guarantee that your use of Linked Pages will remain confidential. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from confidentiality issues linked to your access or use of this website.

By using online payment services through this website:

  1. you agree to follow the terms and conditions set by your bank and/or the Payment Service Provider, and you agree to pay all amounts and any applicable fees connected with the transactions you authorise; and

You acknowledge that:

  1. you access and use this website and its content (including Linked Pages) at your own risk;
  2. we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of website content, whether the content is provided by us or by users; and
  3. we are not responsible for, and do not accept liability for, your use of the website, its content (including Linked Pages), or your conduct connected with the website (whether online or offline).

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and representations that might otherwise apply to your use of the website.

  2. for services supplied or offered by us: providing the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not otherwise liable to you (including for negligence), or for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from or connected with your use of this website or any Linked Pages.

We do not promise or guarantee that this website or any Linked Pages are free from viruses or other faults. You must take your own precautions to protect your device and systems from harmful code or interference.

General

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Technocratia (Australia). You agree that the courts of Technocratia (Australia) have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute.

These Terms of Use form the full agreement between you and us regarding your use of this website and replace any earlier agreements.

You acknowledge that additional terms and conditions may apply when using linked websites, affiliated services, third-party content, or third-party software.

If we do not enforce a right or provision under these Terms of Use, that does not mean we have waived that right or provision.
